One of the things we love about our customers is that they're located all over the world. Today, we have customers on six continents and dozens of countries, and we're proud of the fact that the sun never sets on the Administrate customer base.
We want to make sure customers get accurate, timely responses but as we've grown, depending on your location and timezone, the wait could be longer than we'd like due our support team working normal Scottish working hours. Therefore, effective today, we're extending our support hours from 7AM GMT to 7PM GMT. This will help better serve customers in North America and Asia, and mean we have full coverage of the workday for the Middle East!
It's important to note that we continue to maintain (and have always maintained) round the clock monitoring for any critical issues that impact our systems or service delivery. We've got you covered!
